How The Process Works

Pre-Sale

We will meet with you at the location to provide you with a realistic evaluation.

Upon agreement of terms, we will provide you with a contract that summarizes all details, terms and dates.

Our team will go to work inventorying, organizing, researching and pricing for the sale.

We will advertise your sale using online ad placements, email, neighborhood signage and word of mouth for maximum awareness.

Sale

Sales typically take place at the location (unless predetermined otherwise) and last from one to three days.

Items will be displayed as strategically and prominently as possible within the confines of the space, to safeguard the condition of the home and the safety of shoppers.

Throughout the sale, our staff remain highly visible to share research with shoppers about key sale items and ensure the sale is conducted with care and respect for items, the home and sale shoppers.

Post-Sale

After the sale, we will provide you with a documented sales summary.

We will coordinate and carry out any additional services you select in a timely and efficient manner.
